Editorial policy
Our guides help moms use a home doppler with confidence. Here's how we write them.
Who writes our content
Our guides are written by Sabrina, a former labor & delivery nurse and mom of two, and the Nooliva team.
How we write
- We stick to what a home doppler can and can't do. It lets you hear and share your baby's heartbeat; it doesn't check on your baby's health.
- We base health information on recognized sources, such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
- We always remind readers to call their healthcare provider if something feels off.
- We never use fear to sell.
Updates and corrections
Each guide shows when it was published and last updated. If you spot an error, email support@nooliva.com and we'll review it quickly.
Not medical advice
Our content is for general information only. It is not a substitute for prenatal care or advice from your healthcare provider.
