Return Policy – Nooliva

🔁 60-Day Returns
At Nooliva, you have 60 calendar days from the date of receipt to return one or more items if you change your mind.

📦 Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include the order number or a proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send a confirmation email.
If the return is accepted, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent

In these cases, Nooliva will cover the return shipping.

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item or size, you can return the original item and place a new order.

  1. Send a return request to support@nooliva.com including:
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Items you wish to return

    Tel: 909-696-5381 ⚠️ Please do not use USPS for return shipping — packages sent via USPS will be refused. Use UPS, FedEx, or another carrier.
  3. Package your items carefully and include your order number inside the package.
