At Nooliva, we offer 100% free shipping for all orders within mainland France, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

🛑 Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@nooliva.com.
We will investigate with the carrier and provide a suitable solution (reshipment or full refund).

📫 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.
Nooliva cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address.
